Our Terms of Service
Please note all items are handmade and no item is exactly like any other item. Items are sold in two categories, Made to order and One of a kinda(Ooak)
Made to order item: like some of the long stemmed flower and all icicles. Pictures displayed represent close depictions of the item you will receive upon purchase but will not be exactly like the one on our site.
One of a kind items, for example at of the universes line are a what you see is what you get. It is noted on the items description. The photos are taken in full sunlight with minimal adjustments.
Most items are on hand and ready to ship. If we need to create an item it will ship within one week of purchase.
Return and Breakage Policy
Unfortunately with glass, breaks do sometimes happen in the shipping process. Untamed Rose will replace or refund for any items broken from shipping. For insurance and record keeping, please send a photo of all the broken parts and packaging.
Returns are allowed up to 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid for by buyer, must be returned in the same packaging.
